24h Telephone Support Center
We would like to welcome you to Høglund Marine Automation AS Telephone Support Center. The Telephone Support Center is a service center which has been established due to an increasing demand for such a service by our customers and as a result of HMA introducing the Customer Service Program end of 2010. The Telephone Support Center is available and accessible for all our customers and our service staff consists of the best qualified and trained service engineers. The Telephone Support Center is manned on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week schedule.
For customer with a valid Service Support Program;
For those customers signed up with HMA and having a valid customer service agreement, a dedicated code number must be used for inward dialing. This code is unique for the customer and the vessel and must be obtained by the owners from HMA.
When inward dialing is performed an automated sequence in three stages are started. First you are welcomed by the following message:
“Welcome to Høglund Marine Automation support line”
After this welcome message you will be presented with two options. The following message is valid for those having a valid customer service agreement:
“For customers with a valid service agreement please press one (1)”
The third message requests the customer to enter the service code:
“Please enter your four digit service code”
The customer is requested to inform the HMA service engineer, when contact is established, of the correct code to avoid any misunderstanding.
For customer without a valid Service Support Program;
For those customers not having a valid customer service agreement, the code number 9000 must be used for inward dialing, stage 3.
When inward dialing is performed an automated sequence in three stages are started. First you are welcomed by the following message:
“Welcome to Høglund Marine Automation support line”
After this welcome message you will be presented with two options. The following message is valid for those not holding a valid customer service program:
“For customers without a service agreement please press two (2)”
The third message requests the customer to enter the service code:
“For this service, our service rates may apply. Please enter code nine thousand (9000)”
The customer is requested to inform the HMA service engineer, when contact is established, of the correct code to avoid any misunderstanding.
For all customers;
If the line is busy, music will be played and the following message will be heard;
“You are now number X in line, and advancing”
In all circumstances the start time, the stop time and duration will be recorded in our application log.
