		Remote Access   Service Agreement Retrofit Remote Access Spare parts (Click for bigger picture) TeamviewerQS TeamViewerQS is a program that makes Høglund Marine Automasjon customer support technicians gain direct access to the onboard OS800 computer for remote service operations from anywhere in the world through the internet. This will help the technician to solve the problems without having to leave the office, thus keeping cost to a minimum and maximize reliability and up time. To operate the TeamViewerQs the onboard installation needs to be connected to the ship internet system. Installation instructions 1. Download TeamViewerQS.exe from link below. 2. Place the downloaded file in OS11 folder C:\Misc 3. Create a shortcut and place it on the desktop. 4. Make sure that OS11 is connected to the internet. 5.
